For starters, most Ukrainians already speak Russian, they know Russia well, and Russians, and they hate them with a passion stronger than life.
In that Ukrainians are no different from Fins, Estonians, Latvians, Lithuanians, Poles, Czechs, Romanians and even Hungarians, though those last are sometimes forgotten these days.
Nobody but nobody who truly knows Russian and Russians wants to be ruled over by them, and that fact will remain true from now until the end of time itself.
Second point is, Ukraine, unlike Russia, can never afford to squander its soldiers in massive suicidal "Meat Wave" assaults.
That said, Ukraine is far from "out of men", because there are millions able to serve in one capacity or another.
The issue then is how best to allocate its resources between the military and war-related civilian jobs.
The answer to that depends in part to how much help they can get from the West.
If you watch this video more than once, you will be compelled to send all of your money to Ukraine and hang a blue and gold flag outside of your house. pic.twitter.com/Uc9P4bNP6f— Dr. Jebra Faushay (@JebraFaushay) January 3, 2024
