Didn't say that at all. But they are far more acclimated to cold weather than most people who have lived in Louisiana all of their lives. But Texas sue lost power during the cols, due to green energy dictates & policies, and it was for weeks if I remember correctly.

I doubt that Russia has any of those green energy dictates or policies.

Thus, my point is that we have energy issues too, thanks to the Usurper in Chief. But if Russia has cold weather, Ukraine does also.
