She was talking about food waste going in to the normal trash, but here in Los Angeles County, they are about to FORCE all people to put their food waste in separate bins for disposal with severe fines for non compliance. Personally I cant wait, we give all our food waste to the Goats and the CHickens and I will shovel all the Goat and Chicken shit into those bins when I have to.

breaks my heart. My cousins can barely farm anymore. It’s also the stranglehold on well water which was THEIRS by deed. the government “borrowed” their water, now they bill despite written contract forcing them and other farms to pay up or go under.
