MSNBC analyst and weekend host Katie Phang was a guest on Wednesday's edition of the network's Deadline White House. Phang revealed that "I am friends with E. Jean Carroll, but it doesn't color my legal analysis." Of course not!
But Phang had the chutzpah to claim that Carroll—the woman who won a $5 million judgment from Donald Trump in her first defamation suit against him, and is sure to win much more in a second suit—"would have been happy to just get her day in court."
Okay then! We'll look forward to E. Jean Carroll announcing the charity of her choice to which she will be donating all the jury awards!

Bizarro advice columnist and rape fantasist E Jean Carroll has admitted that former husband to Kelly Anne Conway, George Conway, convinced her to sue President Donald J. Trump following a meeting at a party hosted by far-left columnist Molly Jong-Fast. The claim, now confirmed by Carroll, was initially reported in April 2023.

It’s a matter of public record that leftists have been packing key judicial roles — Judges, AGs, DAs — with activists. They’ve also been relaxing standards and lowering thresholds within the rules. That Ms. Carroll could obtain her decision from Kaplan, without so much as a date of the alleged act, is a red flag about the current legal landscape.

I believe even insane NY Juries have already ruled Trump is not guilty of rape. There is zero proof he knew this woman, or even met her. The rape charge is a joke, and that can't be denied
The case now is now a civil one, about some expanded and probably unconstitutional NY Law, about "public defamation" of her by Trump. Of course, the filthy, corrupt media is simply conflating the two into "the Trump rape trial."
