Banks is a total failure at schools chancellor. Clearly he got the job via affirmative action. In another Post story, thousands of school dollars were spent on staging an all-black theater production wherein [certain] school supervisors were invited to a stupid skit ("DOE forks over $7K to stage ‘adult’ comedy show headlined by Banks pal as schools face massive budget cuts").
