Talking about emergency broadcast system working in wartime. I know that analog TV was totally independent of channel re-alignment crap. This digital implementation may cripple the airwaves.

” This digital implementation may cripple the airwaves.”

We have been fully digital since 2009.

“Talking about emergency broadcast system working in wartime.”

This will improve the OTA EBS.

“I know that analog TV was totally independent of channel re-alignment crap.”

Digital TV (ATSC 1.0) allowed multiple broadcasts on one channel thus freeing up higher frequencies for other uses like cellphones. To come will be channels that will support independents.

We live in a narrow valley so when they went digital we lost all broadcast TV. I even tried a new TV and a couple expensive antennas but no luck.
