Violation of the Georgia RICO Act

Impersonating a public officer

Forgery in the first degree (two counts)

False statements and writings (three counts)

Criminal attempt to commit filing false documents

I thought those here who are keeping up with the Georgia Fani Willis issues might be interested in the latest filing.

I see that Shafer is repeating the claim that Willis allowed
Wade to pay her expenses on several occasions. I thought that particular claim had been addressed by Willis producing her paid receipts for the times mentioned. Am I wrong?

I think Willis alleged that she had paid her share, but I do not recall seeing any actual receipts in a court filing. I admit though that over the weekend I didn’t keep up with every article on the issue. I’ll check and see if I can find out. Meanwhile, if anyone here actually saw the receipts, maybe they will chime in.

I think she produced 1 receipt where she paid for a flight for him but the balance of expenditures shown was strongly skewed toward him (taxpayers) paying her expenses.

I agree. The judge has to decide if he is an honorable jurist basing his decisions upon the Constitution, Law, and Rules of the Court. Otherwise, he will be forever more known as for sale to the highest bidder for political expediency.
