Any idea on what might be behind that statement. A US Senator that says that could back it up with actions because you need Congressional approval for an offer’s promotion. That may also be true for National Guard but I really don’t know.
But a state rep has no juice to back up a statement like that.
He has a brother that is a Congressman but I don’t see that has making this a credible threat.
