Biden is a doddering old fool who doesn't know which way is up. Barack Obama and George Soros have been choosing all of his players and calling all of his shots for three years. So it shouldn't have been a big surprise when Hur, supposedly Biden's pick for special counsel, said Biden is too scatter-brained to be prosecuted for retaining classified documents.
Following that assessment Biden's handlers allowed Biden to make the biggest mistake of his career. That was to go in front of a national TV audience and demonstrate what a doddering fool he is.

But it didn't end there. This all happened at the same time California's legislature was forcing Democrat Governor Newsom to back a purely communist bill which bases electricity rates on customer income instead of electricity usage ....from each according to his ability to each according to his need.

Support for the law harms Newsom's chance for becoming the Democrat presidential nominee as much as Biden's error harms his chances. I can see the same Obama/Soros hands in both fiascos. There can be only one motivating force, the force for Michelle Obama to slip in at the last minute, and add eight more years to the 12 years of Obama/Soros control of the presidency.
This brings up a dilemma. For three years it has been been a conservative precept to force the Democrat party to choke on doddering old fool Joe Biden instead of replacing him with doddering young fool Kammie Harris. The prospect of forcibly inserting the evil socialist Michelle Obama onto the presidential ticket should reshape the conservative threat ranking of Harris.
Obama' and Soros' actions should make conservative leadership rethink use of the 25th Amendment to immediately oust Biden in favor of Harris. Harris would become the presumptive 2024 Democrat presidential nominee. The move's intent would be to call Obama's and Soros' bluff.
The Democrats will replace Biden with Andy Beshear, and Biden will appoint Harris to the DC Court of Appeals with the full understanding, both private and public, that Harris will get the next nomination to the Supreme Court.
Beshear will then pick Michelle Obama as VP.

The handlers, likely Jill &Co. only have to control his meds. The right shot or pill at the right time will keep him away from microphones. He can then “speak” through spokesmen- The present press secretary will do.
If removing Jill were to be deemed necessary she could be a victim of Unexpected Death Syndrome.
