It was no mistake.

Sadly, in our country, the story would get deep six’d very quickly.

One time I mistakenly parked in the president’s parking place at Buda Castle in Budapest. A soldier quickly came out and told me to move.

Guess that parking spot is open now.

“Hungary’s first female President is forced to resign after she pardoned man who helped cover up sexual abuse in children’s home”

Talk about BAD BREAKS. In virtually EVERY COUNTRY in the West, starting with Ukraine and ending with Canada, her past would have made her a NATIONAL HERO. But no, she’s stuck in the ONE Western country that still protects kids.

Bummer for her, but glad to see she’s at least being dealt with.

https://balkaninsight.com/2023/05/09/pardoned-far-right-extremist-rides-to-freedom-in-hungary/

But most people in Hungary wondered why exactly Budahazy was chosen to be the lucky recipient.
.........
Some wonder if the presidential pardon is another shrewd political ploy by Orban’s Fidesz party to split the far-right vote and create a rival in Mi Hazank to party leader Toroczkai.
........................
His sister, Edda, is also a well-known anti-abortion and anti-LGBT activist.

Although Budahazy is legally banned from elected office and cannot vote because of his conviction, he has already made it clear that he will not ride off into the sunset and withdraw from public life.

Gyorgy Budahazy is what this is all about. The pervert role in the mix?
