The Soviets were Russia’s state. A century ago, they did to Russia what our deep state is doing to us.
The difference is the American deep state has been doing it to us slowly, over many decades.

If Russia and Putin claim the right to reconquer the Soviet Empire then Russia and the USSR are the same thing. No difference. None whatsoever.
