What the Soviets did to the Russian people is exactly the same as what any small tyrannical group has done to any nation from the beginning of time.
The perpetrators of tyranny are to blame, not the people it was perpetrated upon.
The ‘’people’’ over threw the czar and put these ‘’councils’’ in existence. As I said, they didn’t fall out of the clouds. The Russian people inflicted this on themselves.
