Nah, raising nationalistic ire over Los Malvinas is what Argentine politicians do when they're failing domestically and need a distraction.
Of course, the way things are going in the UK if the Argies wait a couple of years they might be able to take those islands (take, not liberate) with 6 guys wielding 2x4s with nails in them.

Given the rapid pace at which the UK is deteriorating, the people of the Falklands may welcome being part of Argentina.
