Acting like goons and thugs most certainly is putting blacks in a bad light. Is it all blacks? No. Is it a large enough percentage of young black men that heightened situational awareness is warranted? Yes. And in this case, females were involved. Lack of impulse control is one thing. This played out over hours, and was planned.
