A bill introduced in the Illinois House of Representatives would legally define it as ‘child abuse’ for parents to object to gender transitioning of their children by way of puberty blocking, cross sex hormones or surgery.
The legislation, Bill 4876, introduced earlier this month, would also protect doctors from liability should they decide to prescribe those treatments to children who have not gotten parental consent.
The legislation would also allow for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to take children away from their parents for opposing such procedures.
The legislation also allows for minors to be afforded the same legal status as adults when it comes to abortion.
The text of the bill states “consent to the performance of abortion services and gender-affirming services executed by a minor is not voidable because of such minority.”
It further notes that “a health care professional rendering abortion services and gender-affirming services shall not incur civil or criminal liability for failure to obtain valid consent or professional discipline for failure to obtain valid consent if the health care professional relied in good faith on representations made by the minor...”

In an already very sick society, this goes beyond the usual depravity. The proposed bill states that it would be against the law for a parent to object to the mutilation of their child. Words fail me.
And since all this crap is being instituted in the Public School System, by extension it should be Felony Child Abuse for any person that is or has ever been a Government Employee or Officer of the Court to not have their children enrolled in the Public School System for their primary education.
I no longer ask that question.

This is exercise of a very sick fantasy. There is no state of human sexuality that may be correctly termed “transgender” Either the cells of the body of an individual are with the chromosome pair “XX”, FEMALE or “XY”, MALE. No known feat of genetic manipulation may ever, and perhaps never shall, change even ONE body cell chromosome configuration from “XX” to “XY”, or its reverse, “XY” to “XX”.
The only “transformation” possible is from male to neuter, or female to neuter. Anything less than actual neutering is merely cosplay, transvestitism. “Dressing up” in no way, shape, form or manner, changes the biological blueprint of the individual.
That’s OK, just let ‘em do it. Submit. It’s fine.

This Satanic “law” is the opposite of what it should say, making any “gender transition” or other child-abuse by parents or others including teachers and doctors, a crime punishable by incarceration with no parole for life.

It should be exactly the opposite. Sexual mutilation of children is child abuse.
This would seem to be the definition of pure insanity, but what did we expect from Illinois politics?
Over the next few years this will become a red state-blue state dividing issue. If the Democrats effectively manipulate the elections in November it will be come a national law and the feds will diligently enforce it. I should probably replace “if” with “when.” Cajoling a child in school to transition” will be supplanted by federal department determining what sex a child should be then forcing it.
Next it will be “Illinois wants to make it “child abuse” to refuse to allow kids to decide that they want to shoot heroin and smoke meth, and snort fentanyl. “
If parents have a right (and they most certainly do) to prevent their children from doing harm to themselves from drugs or risky things in life, then they most certainly have the right to prevent kids from mutilating themselves permanently- they are too young to decide these things for themselves, which is why it is ILLEGAL f9r kids to walk into a liquor store and by liquor, or pot shop and buy pot. Etc etc etc.
The pukes pushing for kids to be able to choose to disobey their parents and mutilate themselves should be arrested for trying to split families up and wrest control of th3 kids away from their lawful parents!
Makes sense. Those "churches" of which you speak no longer denounce sin. They're too busy protecting the very sinners the Bible denounces.
