Kundalini yoga Is the practice if inviting demonic spirits into your body and life. It is “powerful” because these demons are real and seek to imitate the Holy Spirit. Yoga is an eastern religion and practicing it is not compatible with Christianity, and Kundalini is especially dangerous. I am appalled and horrified that this would be considered helpful to the health of anyone ….. especially the elderly.
