Classic government.

People aren’t damaged enough to require help but the government sends out its pencil necked geeks to pressure them into it.

Welfare was the same way at first. So few people needed it that the county sent its employees out to sell the freebies.

Here in California, welfare is advertised on billboards and TV.

Mostly in Spanish!

They aren’t out looking for “unmet needs” they are out campaigning for Biden by showing up and making it look like government under Brandon cares for them.

Note they don’t have to produce anything but “concern” since there is no occuring disaster. Brandon would do the same with DoT, DoJ and other agencies but they would have so do something tangible like repair the roads, reduce crime, or improve life in some manner to make it work.
