Mine, too , until Block City came along, and— of course —Legos.
And I think no game—except Chess—is better than Monopoly. When my best grade school friend and I played it, we’d put the “penalty money” we had to pay the bank in the middle of the game board, and if we landed right on “Go”, we could keep it.
Kept the game going for days!:)
