An Oklahoma high school is facing a major backlash after high school students took part in a vile 'toe-licking' challenge for a fundraising event.
Deer Creek High School in Edmond hosted an assembly called Clash of Classes on Thursday.
The event was to raise money for Not Your Average Joe Coffee, which employs people with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
Students had to pay to attend the assembly and freshmen through seniors volunteered to participate in a series of class competitions.
One of the challenges involved a 'toe-licking' contest, during which students sucked and licked other students' bare feet.
The grotesque display was caught on camera and footage was sent to FOX 25.
In the video, half of the participants sat down with their feet splayed out in front of them while the other half of less fortunate kids lay on the floor of the school gymnasium and licked their peers' feet.
In a statement released by the Deer Creek School District, it was noted that every student who participated signed up for the games they played ahead of time.
No faculty or staff participated during the assembly, according to the statement.
Users on X were outraged by the weird 'challenge,' calling it 'child abuse,' 'criminal abuse' and 'sex abuse.'
'So that makes it ok? They signed up? What faculty members allowed it to occur? This us beyond reprehensible, it criminal abuse,' an X user responded to the school district's statement.

We never did stuff like this in HS, what is with these kids?
What ever happened to seeing who could drink a 2 liter the quickest then the winner belched loud enough to hit 9 on the Richter Scale?
You got pinged to this already this evening. You are on my ping list.

Dick Morris was one of the judges.
Eeeewwwwwww!
Is there some sort of perverted sexual connotation I’m missing here? It’s gross, all right, but other people’s disgust seems orders of magnitude greater than mine.
I wonder how many preverts got their toes licked by some of the high school girls?
The article claims the event raised $150,000. Where did all that money come from at Deer Creek High School in Edmund? Is that a wealthy suburb of one of Oklahoma’s bigger cities?
Still hold the adults accountable. Adults used to concern themselves with ensuring that kids conducted themselves with dignity.

OKAY, that’s not like totally weird at all. /s
Yes
Sorry I missed it.
I should have checked my pings before I ate.
With that said has anyone posted links on who to contact in order to complain?
Liz I pinged you because you are good at that.
I came here for the Dick Morris referral.
“Is there some sort of perverted sexual connotation I’m missing here?”
No you are NOT missing it at all you are seeing it for what it is.
Perverts watching kids licking what I presume are other kids feet. Money was raised, A LOT OF MONEY mind you.
Guys this was from the article
“A baseball coach at Deer Creek High School was ‘let go’ because his players suffered second degree burns after being forced to drag their knuckles across the turf on the field at practice last year.”
What does this mean? “Drag their knuckles”? How did that give the boys 2nd burns?
I had read they put peanut butter on their feet.
I’m guessing the students thought of this act because they saw it on Tik Tok, some music video or from some Influencer.
Same kind of YouTubes that started ‘Tide Pod Eating Challenge or The Cup of Cinnamon Swallow Challenge.
Riiiiiiiiight....It is all innocent perverted fun....
Where did $150k come from? That seems like an awful lot more than the students and families of those who attend that school.
It’s Oklahoma, what do you expect. Here in Texas we are a RED STATE, so we would NEVER allow this kind of crap to take place. As a RED STATE, we watch our schools NON-STOP to prevent this - therefore my kids are safe.
(well, if I didn’t think that I’d have to pull my kids out of the public schools, and that is just too much of a lifestyle hit for me)
supposedly- according to an article on fr not long ago- just wearing socks to bed will cause the bed to be more contaminated than a toilet’ because of foot bacteria or something like that-
I’m surprised that nobody has yet addressed the sanitary and health implications of this yet.
