He looks high!
Certainly he is taking some psycho stimulant, on the order of Ritalin. It is sometimes prescribed for elderly who need help with cognitive focus. So he was up for the event, at least didn’t soil himself before world’s cameras. But to be fair, his entire speech was a repetition of shopworn democrat sound bites energized by hate. “corporations; fair share; millionaires and billionaires; women’s right to choose; trickledown economics; and of course abundant lying about Trump. Same old same ol’. The same memes he has used for decades of smart-ass divisiveness. One episode of the molester voice whisper was noted.
Not sure if it was just me, but at one point in his speech his voice DRASTICALLY changed... weird!
