Reminding people of the guy whose administration was much more affordable, stable, and peaceful...

That's actually an unfair criticism.

Trump is not only Biden's "predecessor." Trump is the current challenger. So it makes perfect sense for Biden to talk about Trump.

Besides which, Trump talks a lot about Biden. Does that mean Biden lives "rent free" in Trump's head?

Perhaps the poster meant to state that Trump is mentioned more than Biden’s policy goals.

Biden is a corrupt babbling pervert who should have never been president. Same obama.

No doubt Trump occupies every inch of that nearly empty skull.

It is interesting how they can pump all kinds of baby blood, stem cells, adderall, into him and whatever else they use to make him look and sound coherent for the few minutes of the SOTU address.

To the conservative partisans, he’s letting Trump live rent free in his head. At my McDonald’s old geezer coffee get together, even most Trump supporters were surprised at his performance. I think he will get a popularity bump overall.

At least he didn’t drop a pantload on the House floor. I guess that’s something,

Every time he does that he gives Trump a little boost - folks remember how different it was. I personally think it was bad strategy on their part. HIS SOTU had nothing looking forward. It was all looking backward. What a disaster for him and their Democratic Socialist Party. However, I am sure that his fascist base is happy with him.

He was just displaying what Democrats are best at. Screwing things up and then blaming Republicans for the problems and asking for more money or power to solve the problems they created.

Biden's goal was to dissuade his party from dumping him. By sounding "feisty" and energetic (even if it was because of drugs), he probably succeeded in that goal. His target was the Democrat base, not the country as a whole.

He did offer a roadmap to the Democrats' strategy for the election--abortion, January 6, demonizing Trump and his supporters.

Americans know that his ‘predecessor’ had better be his successor or else this nation is in dire straits.

Biden’s inferiority complex is always glowing the only thing he’s ever came in first for is losing he couldn’t even win an election without somebody cheating for him they needed him as a fool tool.

Once you get four years into a term…the problems belong to the incumbent. I don’t understand why the media doesn’t call him on that BS. Of course, he never talks to the media, so…

More than three years in to his first term as president everything wrong with his life is someone else’s fault.

At the age of 82 Biden is still a teenager; it’s not my fault!

“everything wrong with his life is someone else’s fault”

Kudos, you just described every liberal democrat in the country......and quite accurately I might add.

I even thought about putting it that way, but I think Biden has pretty much topped every other Democrat I can think of for blaming others.

If blaming others was an Olympic sport Biden would be a Gold Metal winning record breaker.
