He gets whatever Satan has planned for him, and the other vile ilk like him. Popular culture portrays Satan as ruling Hell. That notion comes from Milton. "Better to rule in Hell than serve in Heaven."
But Satan doesn't rule Hell. And he doesn't determine anyone's punishment. Demons suffer in Hell, same as human souls.
