It’s hard to say. The girl’s dad might have tried to go through proper school channels, and got ignored every time.
One thing I can say from working decades in a public high school: School officials might talk about how bad bullying is, but they never do a thing.
Agree 100%. I too have trouble passing judgement with no context on if the father tried other ways to handle it (i.e. going to the parents, then to the school, then fine he'll take care of it himself).
