This is ridiculous. There are certainly problems in the Indian community - both generally and at the individual level. Some might be remedied with intelligent use of some money. But few are even tangentially related to so-called “climate change.”
The BLM and BIA have no incentive to actually address the problems. They’d be out of jobs.
This money will be spent to cause more problems and make some chosen few very rich.
Just like all government programs.

My husband’s tribe cut checks to each tribal member of covid money they received. If they disbursed it all, I don’t know.
