Yes but it’s about priorities. Senate is already jammed with business. Schumer would have to set aside many days with Rand objecting
I think this is why they’re lukewarm about it
Plus it's unconstitutional so it's likely the SCOTUS is going to overturn the TikTok ban. So the Senate may conclude that it's a waste of their time.
