My guess is the bill is bad if both sides agree with it.

It should be a SIMPLE bill along the lines of:

This bill would BAN the website TikTOk form being available in the United States.

That's all you would need. But the fact that there is probably 345 pages to the bill means they have other ideas, and this is a ruse.

I don’t like it when they do the “determination of the president... “ type bills.

It WILL be abused and why there is a lot of opposition on our side to it.

Very similar to PATROT Act in that regard.

It’s far too broad.
