Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ruling was Genius!

Posted on 03/16/2024 5:35:53 PM PDT by big bad easter bunny

There is zero doubt how deep Fani's butt is in trouble and how bad it looks to everyone. McAfee in all actuality let Fani hoist her own petard while still smelling like a rose.

Someone will have to get up to speed on the facts. This will delay the trial.

I guess the wind is blowing away from you. His ruling was weak, and shows just how broken the justice system really is. In other words, the odor is strong here, and it doesn’t smell like roses. It smells more like a rotting corpse.

I agree. The judge did Fani no favors at all by letting her stay. Cause if she’d been ordered off, the long knives would be gone within a week. Now, you can COUNT on folks using the judge’s own words to do a lot worse that throwing her off of a case! She’ll be lucky to end up with a law license and an MSNBC gig when this gets done....

Oh, and the judge has to win the next election, so he can now say that “I didn’t throw Fani off of the case” while maintaining the satisfaction that she’s gonna get a lot worse now.

Anyone who posts on these threads about this topic based on the expectation that the removal of Fani Mugabe would have resulted in the dismissal of all the charges is naive and/or delusional ... and should not waste their time posting here.

What problems does Willis have now out of this that makes her situation worse by not being thrown off the case..could you elaborate?

Can see face any other negative problems? that is confusing to me, maybe cause I don’t know what things she could now get in trouble for additonally?

The ruling was a major blow. The boy toy was the actual trial lawyer. Fani can’t try her way out of a paper sack. She is lost without her lover boy. The trial will be a s4it show.

I don’t see how this is somehow better than ending the farce to begin with.

Sounds like this is selling something which didn’t count the counter claim.

Dershowitz said she should be investigated..I agree.

Here's the problem as I see it...

the Judge can't "convict her of anything. Someone has to go after her personally...even the Bar has a problem...losing her license more likely than not requires a "conviction"....at least in my neck of the woods.

Jordan is on her tail..a complain has gone to the Bar...

Fani...it's not over....It's just beginning.

You, Obama and Kamala have a decision to make. And I'm betting she'll leave. No one is listening to her anymore.

Wrong...Wade never tried a case in his life. She is a learned prosecutor.

It is eerily similar to what Hur did recently in boxing in Xiden on the document investigation, on one hand his brain was porridge and can’t be tried for the crime, or if Xiden was still sharp he could be tried and convicted.

McAfee used a similar technique, if he just threw out the case for say perjury of the prosecution of Big Fani/Wade then that would be the end of it, they both walk. Instead he tossed off the prosecuting attorney and left Big Fani out to dry. Now this lying tramp will have to undergo all kinds of processes, false prosecution, perjury herself, from all sides. In the meantime this whole will drag out for months for allowing all kinds of investigations of her and this tramp will be all by herself.

And the other cases out there will think twice, who knew it would turn out like this.

That has nothing to do wit that at all. The act deserves the most severe penalty available, because she disgraced her own office and abused her position of authority. It sends a terrible message, and it encourages continued abuses because there are no consequences for doing so.

All three, being attorneys Willis, Wade and Bradley, perjured themselves on the stand to the court. They should all three be disbarred. The judge ignored that.

the expectation that the removal of Fani Mugabe would have resulted in the dismissal of all the charges is naive and/or delusional...

The question is whether the new DA would still pursue the "novel" RICO approach, do something else, or drop the charges altogether.

I think Willis tried to form a RICO case because she was reliving a past success -- she prosecuted an Atlanta Public School cheating scandal on standardized tests as a RICO case against 35 people. All but 12 took plea deals, and 11 of the 12 that went to trial were found guilty.

Do you think that if another GA District Attorney were to pick up the case from Willis, they would stick with the RICO approach?

Delays only cost Trump & the other 17 defendants more legal fees. For a bogus case based upon lies to begin with.

Yeah, it's time for you to get up to speed on the impacts & reality of the poor decision that was weak to its core & pander to pacify.

She also charged a rapper, don’t remember his name, and that case is still ongoing. She loves the RICO charge apparently.
