I'm pretty sure the lien holder on the properties will have a big say in what the AG can and can't do. The lien holder will likely go to court to stop her. They aren't going to get paid and they don't want to take over the building.

I wonder how that would work out since much of the case is based on the presumed value of the property.

Would that not give President Trump leverage to challenge the whole case?
