Either way I feel sorry for them, because loneliness is not only boring, it's hard to live with.
And they get scammed.
In this world thankfully they probably will not end up starving to death in the cold. Just have to work a bit harder.
And they may be a bit smarter in the future.

If you have true faith....as much as you try to defeat yourself we/you are NEVER alone. Faith in my meaning is entire trust in God his son (our saviuor) and the Holy Ghost are there for you to simply ask and pray for their entrance to your life. Then he would send a distressed message, saying that he had been attacked and nearly killed by organised crime figures, and he had to go into hiding until they were arrested... and he needed cash, but was temporarily unable to access his accounts ...
Then they need to ditch the phone and get out more.
Churches can be good places to start.
This guy had a widely seen NETFLIX documentary done on him. A real scammer who targeted women with a little money, fading beauty (getting older) and longing for a romance connection.
He was there with the attention, lies and excuses and they all bought it hook, line and sinker.
