Yep, bats, insects, eagles, hawks, whales and probably lots of other wildlife.

We drove through the Palouse region of Washington State around Colfax, WA on Sunday. We saw hundreds of “No Wind Farms” signs on 80% of the properties. They are fighting the expansion of the horrendous wind energy system that blights the Columbia River Gorge for 75 miles. The ridges and skylines are visually blighted with thousands of these infernal, wasteful machines.

Local communities have been very successful in recent years at stopping these projects.

And that’s above ground, the landfills don’t want the fiberglass either as they can’t recycled. And there is also the issue of the rare earth minerals often mined by child slaves (like EV batteries) around the world.
