This is equity and Justice . The perps are bleck, and because they are bleck juveniles, raised in a culture of slavery, they did not appreciate the consequences of their actions when they murdered the old man.They did not have the capacity to form intent to murder.( sarc.)
Therefore they are to be let off, and not tried as adults for murder and hate crime.
