Uh, why not? If my lunch is a Big Mac, fries and a Coke, wouldn’t that be a high-carb meal and a high-fat meal?
The understood, but unstated part...."and stay healthy". If you have ANY "flavor" of diabetes...STOP EATING CARBS. Type 2 can be fully reversed (I did it). Type 1 will benefit.
