Recruiters were always scraping the bottom of the barrel and not surprisingly generally hired the lowest IQ urban liberals. Even then, those people couldnt hack it so there was constant turn over. If you were pretty sure that you had a name then you were good enough.
The exception tended to be people that already had jobs with decent pay but terrible or no benefits. They would often apply to try to find a place in the organization that didnt really require much work or at least one where they werent held accountable.
This means cam girls would show up. I dont know which were Onlyfans and who were whatever else. All I can say is that there is a kink for just about anything and there were all shapes, sizes, and ages. Some of them would show up looking one way and by the end of the day they looked entirely like someone else because they spent 3 or more hours that they were supposed to be working putting on makeup and hair and things for their evening camera work.
