Insults?
The men on this forum supporting this behavior repeatedly state they would have loved it if a hot teacher would have had sex with them. It’s not an insult to point out that their personal desires are driving their opinion.
My point is and will always be teachers should not boink the children in their care. And yes, they are children, not adults.
How this is a controversial opinion?

I agree with your position.
Teachers are in positions of authority. In cases like this, they abuse that authority and exploit it, and in the process damage the proper relationship between teacher and student, end their career in teaching, and quite possibly end their marriage (if they were).
As far as the comments on the thread, again I will suggest it’s partly due to ignorance and partly due to upbringing. Think about that and if you would want your daughter interacting with such people.
