Back in Sonestown, PA, there was a small creek that every spring filled up its banks and sometimes overflowed. But it effected only Sonestown. That was “flooding” every year, too.
This flooding was cataclysmic flooding of large cities, population half a million, and there was a conspicuous absence of first responders or even officials. And THAT does not happen every year. Again, you could have listened to the video, rather than annoy everyone with your ignorant pontificating. I left plenty of material for you to discover on your own. But I’m not spoon feeding you.
