Speaker Johnson’s Ukraine Foreign Aid Package is another contrived “no-repay loan” like Hunter Biden got from his sugar-daddy who, as a Biden donor, happened to have $60 million handily laying around (like most working class people do /s):

The border is a Biden/0bama policy question, not a legal question. There are already more than enough laws on the books to shut it down, but the policy does not allow enforcement of those laws. Its folly to imagine some new law would trump policy or that the new law would be enforced.
