A few captured vehicles is not much comfort when Russia has not won. Oryx's, estimates on both sites total vehicle losses and destroyed, based on visual confirmation. It is certainly under counting on both sides, while having consistency throughout the conflict.

Ukraine, losses / destroyed: 5,545 / 3,857

Putting captured equipment on display has not solved Russia having at least 2.5 to 3 times Ukraine's losses on any given day.

Oryx admits its limitations, that what they have found is not all losses. Their numbers have visual confirmation from photographic evidence from both sides. The ratio has consistently been around two and a half Russian vehicles for each Ukrainian vehicle lost since Oryx kept track. What that means is Russia is losing far more in equipment and men than Ukraine.
