A majority of Americans aren’t confident that the jury in former President Donald Trump’s Manhattan criminal trial can reach a fair verdict, a poll released Thursday evening found.
Only 44% of respondents said they were confident in the jurors’ ability to deliver a fair verdict compared to 56% who said they weren’t, according to a CNN/SSRS survey. The poll also found that only 33% of Americans think Trump acted illegally in the case where he faces 34 counts regarding alleged falsified business records in connection to reimbursing a hush money payment to former porn star actress Stormy Daniels...........

A fair verdict would be no verdict at all. The judge should have thrown out the case when Bragg couldn’t specify the underlying felony that Trump was supposedly covering up that allowed the statute of limitations to be broken in the first place.
Merely having the trial at all is an unfair trial meant to inflict harm on Trump (regardless of the outcome). If Trump-hating Cyrus Vance, Jr., didn’t think there was a case, why is there a trial at all? Probably orders from the White House.

Two of the jurors are lawyers. In theory they would be able to explain to the other jurors the nuances of the law. More likely they are partisan Democrats.
First the verdict, then the trial, and only then, are actual investigations and any of pertinent facts to be revealed.
The jurors who are lawyers could just be there to “guide” the verdict.

There is reason to believe this show trial is helping Trump in the polls. Multiple swing state polls released this week show him expanding his lead in those battleground states.

Really? So... most Americans have a keen sense of the effing obvious? You can’t prove that by me... considering how half of them still vote for the demons in the Rat Party. If “most Americans” really got it, and understood what was really going on in America currently...

The article clearly stated that “most Americans” are skeptical. If that were true, we probably wouldn’t be having this conversation. Maybe I’m just a bit more FTFU today, I dunno, but it just strikes me as an inane claim... considering the current and daily deliberate destruction of our Republic that we’re enduring at the hands/paws of the rabid, Marxist left. Rant off.
