Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said Thursday his state “will not comply” with recently unveiled changes to Title IX by the Biden administration.
“Florida rejects [President Biden’s] attempt to rewrite Title IX,” DeSantis said in a video posted to the social platform X. “We will not comply, and we will fight back.

It is unconstitutional for any part of the executive branch to write laws. It is also pure corruption of the constitution for the USSC to say otherwise. It is also unconstitutional for Congress to relegate their power to any other entity. The founders intended that to be done by representation through congress. Until that truth gets re-established then we no longer live in a constitutional republic.
Now, DeSantis, put TEETH in that rejection by STOPPING FEDERAL FUNDING TO YOUR STATE. BECOME INDEPENDENT like the states used to be.

Title IX itself is unconstitutional. The federal government does not have any authority to regulate how men and women are treated.
While Desantis made some stupid moves, and said some stupid things during his stupid run for Pres, I will support him in 2028.
Wasn’t Title 9 a real law, enacted by congress? Where as FJB is rewriting the law illegally?
An EO is not binding in this case. Notice how they keep referring to the FJB version as “a regulation”.
