A McDonald’s in Oakland has temporarily closed after health inspectors discovered rodent activity, including a dead rat, inside the fast food restaurant Friday.
The inspection came one day after six McDonald’s employees at 1330 Jackson St. went on strike for unsanitary work conditions due to severe rodent activity. According to two employees who filed a complaint with the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, staff saw rats daily.
“We see rats in the kitchen every day. We see rats at the grill where we make the hamburgers, nibbling on pieces of bacon or on hamburgers that are ready to be sent to the customers, and we see rat droppings next to the bags of chicken nuggets, Big Macs, and the papers we wrap around cheeseburgers,” the employees told CalOsha on May 1 in a statement shared with SFGATE.

That’s a thought for when cities pass a law that a store or restaurant cannot suddenly close — you need to provide 6 months notice. Well ... we have rats. Lots and lots of rats. Maybe you should close us down? Please?
Well, they are in California...oh...they mean rats, not Rats.
Today the only action a person will take is to call someone else.
McDonald’s should consider turning those rats into affordable sandwiches. People can’t afford McDonald’s hamburgers at $18, but rat sandwiches at $5 would be easier on people’s budgets.
The City, County and State has been ran by Rats for a long time, why complain now?

Oakland is one of the new “shitholes” in California.

It's a blue state, so of course there are Rats there everyday. I'd like to fumigate all Rats everywhere they stand.
frankly, mice and rats are probably the norm, but I hate the thought of it....another reason not to eat out very much.
You’re missing the reality of what is going on. These rodent reports may be real, or they may be manufactured, but if you knew the context in which these stories are being pushed, you’d know that the publicizing of them is clearly part of an SEIU unionizing push. That is why this is a story now.

Could be corporate has been contaminated by the woke and D.E.I. and they are purposely destroying the chain. After witnessing the Budweiser, Target, NFL, ect. debacles I wouldn’t be surprised.
