GentleFreepers,
It is an unwritten rule of FreeRepublic (and probably of conservatives everywhere) that articles by Ann Coulter must have obligatory photos of Ann.
However, we do not want people to think that it is merely Ann's great looks that attract us to her. (After all there are at least a few good-looking bubble-headed Liberal gals out there, although I would not want to have a conversation with one.)
By merely posting pictures of Ann, we run the risk of being accused of being attracted to her for purely purient reasons... and we do not want to be in the position of trying to make lame explainations that it is not just physical attraction... sort of like the people who buy Playboy magazine insist it is for the articles and not for the centerfold... but that we are REALLY interested in her mind. If we just post pictures, we are left drooling with no legitimate excuse for the dumbfounded looks on our faces.
Therefor, I hereby propose another unwritten rule (please ignore that I am writing this rule down) that all pictures of Ann must be accompanied by an obligatory article written by Ann. If we adhere to this simple requirement, we can look at Ann all we like and not have to make lame excuses.
Thank you.

We're definitely not attracted to her for prurient reasons. Yep, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it. :=)
