Drudge off line--FR was off--is it just me, or anybody else

Is drudge down for anybody else? This line is all I get:

drudgereport.comÀº ÆÄÅ· ¶Ç´Â Æ÷¿öµù ¼­ºñ½º¿¡ µî·ÏµÇÁö¾ÊÀº µµ¸ÞÀÎÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

It may be chinese. An hour or so, ago, FR went down, with the 404 message from a Chinese server:

http://www.rgnames.com/RGNames_PopUp3.html

Is this just ME, or locally, or have others had the same problem??

Got online about 12:50 eastern and had no problem.

That Chinese website makes me wonder, though.

About 9:30pm (?) last night (8/21) I was getting the same gobblygook. Thought it was because I was online while downloading some photos from the camera and trying to resize them, etc. then email them. Hmmm

I've been around off and on pretty much all evening with no problems.

Forgot to add that I got that message when trying to get to FR and to google

For about 20 minutes, this afternoon, I couldn't get FR's server. The rest of the internet seemed ok, though. It seems like an attempted "denial of service" hack, but John R. or someone would have seen it on their firewall software, I suppose.

I dunno...
