Jeff Caton is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer for MCM Project Management. In 1976, Betsy applied for and received a Graduate Teaching Assistantship at Oregon State University in Corvallis. She received her Master of Science degree in 1978. She worked for the Benton County Comprehensive Youth Program as an instructor and taught at North Albany Middle School and South Albany High School. Betsy left teaching in 1981 with the birth of her first of four children, ages 9-20. She home-schooled her children for 14 years (1986-2000).
She is in her third term as a State Representative and is Chair of the House Business, Labor and Consumer Affairs Committee and is on the House Rules Committee. Betsy has also served as Chair of Water and Environment, Co-Chair of Natural Resources and Vice Chair of Education. She has also served on House Revenue and House Rules committees.
