I don't agree with the dad placing the kid in this position, but come on . . .

Well, yeah, I have mixed feelings about it. I would never take my daughter into a sea of serpents like that. That was my point. I'm probably off base on that one cowboyway. I really should have more context about where they were and the circumstances of the barrier before I make any judgments re the dad. I guess my point was that if I went down to a Kerry rally, got in the heart in the (wacko) crowd, and hold up a Bush sign, I know that something bad is going to happen.

What the Democrats (read SOCIALISTS)are doing is nothing less than anarchy. Ripping up signs, attacking 3-year-old children, then blaming the dad saying he shouldn't have put his daughter in harm's way.
This is America and the day we have to keep our daughters away from a political rally for fear of violence, we no longer have the America I fought to defend.

Well, the Law of Primacy states, "Things that are first learned are best remembered". I think it's safe to say the girl will always remember the venom spewed forth by the loons on the left toward her and her family. So, I guess we should thank the Dems for yet another future Conservative voter. I love it! The farther out on the limb they go, the happier I get.:-) So to any Dems reading this, please, get out there right now and continue to recruit as many freaks, druggies, dopeheads, and communists as you possibly can. Is that weird looking dude standing next to them the one that tore the sign? Is he making a face to imitate the little girl? That guy is lucky that no one hauled off and decked him. (But....I might add...what the heck is the dad doing STILL holding the child on his shoulders? Shouldn't he be holding her in his arms for protection?)
Surely by now he has been identified...kind of like the guy who took the ball away from the kid at the major league ball game.
