Fred Thompson Was Superb Last Night on Hannity and Colmes

Posted on 04/25/2008 4:01:59 AM PDT by freerepublic_or_die

Fred Thompson was superb last night on Fox News in responding to Sean Hannity's very legitimate questions about Obama, his politics, electability, and overall qualifications as President, Commander In Chief.

NOTE: Barack Obama's refusal to appear on Fox News despite repeated requests, invitations from Fox News seems as if it might finally come to an end as he is currently scheduled to appear on Fox News Sunday.

Hillary can lie (Bosnia), cheat (plant questions), produce "setups (Iron my shirt), condone wife abuse (Monica...and God knows how many others)....

Then there's Whitewater, a very failed Health Care Plan under Bubba, stealing items from the Whitehouse....

Why is she even being considered for the Presidency defies logic.

Yes, as per usual, Fred was excellent. I’m already sick and tired of McCain. Can we get Superdelegates to kick McCain to the curb?

According to McCain, the NC Republican Party is out of touch with reality.

“Why is she even being considered for the Presidency defies logic.”

Because a lot of people who support her are vile like she is.

Oooooohhhhhh.... can't wait for FoxNew Sunday...

I watched some of Fred last night and as usual he was excellent. He was my choice all along. He would have made a great President, he was just not a good campaigner..

McCain needs to shut up and let the GOP win the election for him. If I didn’t want 8 more years of conservative judges picked I wouldn’t even vote for him. But with hopefully two terms of McCain we can get enough judges to overturn Roe V Wade

“Yes, as per usual, Fred was excellent. I’m already sick and tired of McCain. “

Fred isn’t. Just read here on FR that Fred is praising McCain! Some of Fred’s people are working for him as well.

“B. C. Clippard, who was national finance chairman of Fred D. Thompson’s presidential campaign, has now raised $100,000 or more for Mr. McCain.”

Also interesting for the guy who claims he doesn’t cater to special interests...McCain’s money isn’t from small donors..it’s from the big boys.

Yes and the way I look at this is ... I do “NOT” repeat do “NOT” like John McCain, but I can “NOT” turn my back on the military.

The military men and women do “NOT” deserve Obama OR Hillary. My admiration, love, and support for the Military goes much further than my feelings.

If I could have, I would have financed Fred's campaign and fought to the bitter end to get him nominated. Huckabee’s motley crew drew Fred's support and the money because Fred was unable to enter the race soon enough due to contractual obligation already incurred.

I understand your feelings about the military. First, John McCAin isn’t going to stop the democrats this time, so it doesn’t matter who you vote for.

McCain has been no friend to much of the military, especially his own POW’s in Nam. Those families were dismissed and insulted by him.

McCain is dangerous.

And Obama isn’t dangerous?

Tribalism or tribal politics at it's worst.

It doesn't matter how bad our guy is, just that he is our guy.

Is this what the GOP has been reduced to?

“And Obama isn’t dangerous?”

Your words, not mine. Yes, he is, that’s why I’m not voting for him or McCain.
