Michael Smerconish is an epic failure. Just another circle jerk talking horses arse. The new center in American politics is a belief in limited government, low taxation, and term limited citizen legislators.
Congratulations to you Mr Smerconish for squeezing a mediocre career out of not having any core beliefs.
The following quote (wrongly attributed to Winston Churchill) comes to mind: "If you're not liberal when you're 25, you have no heart. If you're not Conservative when you're 35, you have no brain."
Smerconish is certainly at the age when being a liberal should be long behind him as a youthful indiscretion. Ergo, he has no brain. He's "evolving" backward.
