My guess is everyone paid for their own food, and oboma simply scrounged his. oboma has never used his "own money" for anything, because he doesn't have any of his "own money." He's sucked off the public teat all his life - and he's still doing it.

First of all, he never pays “out of his own pocket” — he has a full expense coverage, so I doubt he actually went to his bank account.
