If you are a Conservative, you may have gotten a few e-mails from a Washington, D.C. based group called the Tea Party Leadership Fund. These letters will be signed by a man named Todd Cefaratti.
The letter states they are looking to Draft Sarah Palin into making a run at Alaskas Senate seat in 2014, a seat now held by democrat Mark Begich. This of course has caused quite a stir, and unfortunately many have sent their hard earned money to this crew.
Recently, the group commissioned a poll of Alaskans, looking to legitimize their efforts.
Harper Polling found these results:
Former Governor Sarah Palin leads a Republican primary ballot with the three most likely candidates: Palin, Lt. Governor Mead Treadwell and 2010 GOP Senate nominee Joe Miller.
GOP Primary Ballot:
Palin 32%
Treadwell 30%
Miller 14%
Palin leads slightly among both men and women at +1% and +4% respectively.
Among voters who describe themselves as very conservative, Palin s lead grows to 20% over Treadwell (43%-23%).
In a head-to-head match up against Miller, who has officially formed an exploratory committee,Palin leads 52-19%
Treadwell leads Miller 45%-26% in a hypothetical match-up.
Of the three candidates, Governor Palin boasts the strongest image with 62% of GOP voters holding a favorable opinion of her.
Additionally, the survey measured voter opinion about key characteristics of the three Republican candidates. When asked which candidate would fight hardest for conservative values, voters decidedly chose Palin over Miller and Treadwell.
Fight Hardest for Conservative Values:
Palin 45%
Treadwell 25%
Miller 15%
Among somewhat conservative and very conservative voters, Palin leads by +35% and +4% respectively....

Its sad that some people choose to use her name to raise money for their own purposes.
Wouldn’t it be great to have her in the U.S. Senate? Yes, it would.
No it would not.
Leaders on both sides of the aisle would work overtime to isolate and destroy her. She’s much better off as a free agent.
Good catch.
No. It would be a waste of her talent and completely ineffective. She has a much brighter future doing what she does to champion and support candidates all across the country. The Senate is the last place she should be.
Todd Cefaratti is the crook who started JoinTheTeaParty.com and The teaparty.net net. He is a fake and a charlatan and is also supporting Grover Norquist and amnesty.
Sounds like the same crowd that says they’ll raise $2,000,000 for her PAC. /snort.
Exposed! I knew that was a bogus org. I will send funds only to Sarah PAC or individual candidates who are proven conservatives. I have come to be wary of everyone wanting money.
bttt
If Sarah were a lesser person, I'd say yes, but she's the type of leader a country only sees once in a century. We need her in the White House.
Personally, I’d love to see her at the head of the RNC and clean up that RINO-infested organization. While I agree she would be kick-ass at the presidency, I believe she would have greater influence on actively defining conservatism as a dominating faction on whom the RNC will support in candidacies at all levels.
Didn’t the Draft go away in the 1970s?
That reminds me of a classic 2011 SarahPAC Newsletter posted right here.
As you may know, Gov. Palin is on the verge of making her decision of whether or not to run for office.
It's one of the most difficult and important decisions of her life. And I want her to know that she has our support.
.....
Someone must save our nation from this road to European Socialism. Do you think it should be Gov. Palin?
If so, can you send your best, one-time gift to SarahPAC today to help her elect more common-sense conservatives - and show her that we support her if she decides to run?
With time running out, thank you for your swift response!
