This is an update to our Jan. 3 report that Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued an emergency injunction against the Obama administration, ordering that it could not enforce Obamacare’s abortion pill mandate against a Catholic nuns’ charity until the Supreme Court decided how to proceed.

I have to believe if John Roberts is not being blackmailed by Nero inc. He has to want to close the lid on this Pandoras box he created with his history documented Cluster “#$% ruling of a tax.
Judge Roberts is still relatively young to be in charge of the Supreme Court. By all rights, he should be holding that seat for maybe the next thirty years. Somehow, I doubt if Judge Roberts will stay in this position of authority for the fullest duration. I think his knowledge that he has enabled the economic and sociologic disabling of the American System by allowing ObamaCare to live on, will eat away at him, and lead to his gradual retreat from that most honorable position.
This may happen as soon as 2017, after the next president is elected. Or he may stay on, in a more tangential role, writing as little commentary as is possible, such as what Judge Clarence Thomas does. Everone has their own way of dealing with being openly hated (rightly or wrongly) by a large portion of the public.
