Turmoil overseas, turmoil domestically, bad times. We need a good President and better in the Senate and House as well.

Even being forewarned I still expect the same thing in 2016 and I expect it will be successful again.

Pretty much. Still I don’t see anybody else in the wings for the GOPe.
I didn’t think it would be Romney again but there isn’t much of a line behind him.
If I had to bet right now I’d bet on Jeb.
I thought for a while it was going to be Christie or I at least thought his name would still be getting kicked around but he seems to be a non-starter for everybody not just the Tea Party.

I agree with that. Some of the sign markers on the road to national calamity are now clearly visible. Both parties agree on open borders, D/Ls for illegals leading to voting sure enough very soon. Maybe Europeans will finally fight when they are a besieged minority. Maybe not. I still see regional secession (virtual or legal) in the future. We won’t have 50 united states under our present framework in 25 years.
I am not interested in Romney, and Jeb is not the best choice imho. I guess I’ll have to wait and see what the next year flushes out of the woods.
Simply, the process happens without interference from the Omnipotent Force. The usual nomination process for all parties, and a “normal” election.
For the late entrants here, a hypothetical choice:
1) Jeb Bush wins the 2016 election for sure, guaranteed by a Higher Power, or
2) A “normal” election with no Higher Power interference
I still don't know what you mean by alternative two. Sorry. A "normal" election ...?? Huh? What's NOT normal about Jeb winning? If he does, it will be without my vote, by the way. My vote will go limited government Christian conservative in 2016 for the presidential.
But if I had to choose between Jeb as The Republican winning or losing that contest, I would prefer that he lose. Absolutely.
